Mark grew up in Kansas City building a passion for music. At age 5 he learned to play the drums and started a band that took him into his mid 20's. He later found a passion for Photography and soon found himself being a concert photographer which led to portraiture and fashion photography for the next few years. His eye for angles and caption drew attention to some big names and models. We discovered his talent and brought him in Real Estate photography where he has spent the last 6 years capturing the story of each home through both photography and videography…We like to call him "Eagle eye"

Jessica has worked in an administrative environment for over 10 years. As a Chiropractic Administrator, she started a business from the ground up with a doctor. She later found passion for Real Estate with her husband Jesse where she serves the Morgen Home & Associates team. She's a native Oregonian who grew up in Hillsboro.  Jessica always strives to put family first in her life and builds a full structure around this real estate team…We like to call her "Gate keeper"

Heather is a dedicated and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator with a passion for real estate, organization, and helping others. Born and raised in Longview, WA, she has always been a natural caregiver, having been on her own since 17 and at home raising her boys for the last 6 years. She also dedicated years to caring for the elderly and adults with disabilities. Her journey into real estate began through the sale and purchase of her own home, where she discovered her love for the process and her strength in organization and paperwork.

A proud momma of two boys, Jackson and Kaysen, and wife to a devoted and loving husband Cody. She's always striving to be kind and humble. She actively volunteers at her kids' schools and is a strong advocate for autism awareness. Beyond work and family, she enjoys interior decorating and golfing. She also deeply admires her uncle’s passion and motivation in his lending business, using his drive and contagious personality as inspiration in her own real estate career.

She is determined to grow her circle, find success in the real estate industry, and continue building a beautiful life for her family. Her 5-year goals are to welcome one more baby into their family, growing her real estate career, expanding their home and upgrading their ride to accommodate the growing family.
