I was raised in a family of bold, hardworking entrepreneurs. My mother walked away from a 15-year waitressing career to chase the dreams she refused to let die. My father sacrificed an NFL opportunity to take to the open road as a truck driver, choosing stability for our family over personal glory. Their courage taught me that meaningful paths aren’t always easy—but they’re always worth it. Inspired by their strength, I knew I wanted to forge my own path, one driven by purpose and a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

I was raised in a family where courage was the foundation and dreams were non-negotiable. My mother walked away from a 15-year waitressing career to chase the life she envisioned. My father turned down from an NFL opportunity due to injury—the dream of many—to take to the open road as a truck driver so our family could have stability. While both kept that side hussle and created many businesses that both my sister and I were a part of at a young age. Their sacrifices taught me something priceless: greatness isn’t always loud it’s being bold - Sometimes it shows up in the quiet choices—choosing responsibility, choosing faith, choosing family and staying consistent.

Growing up in the breathtaking Pacific Northwest, surrounded by the ever-changing seasons of Clark and Cowlitz counties, I learned to appreciate beauty in transformation. The shifting landscapes around me became symbols of possibility—reminders that we can reinvent ourselves at any moment, as long as we’re willing to belive it.

My entrepreneurial spark ignited early. At nine years old, I was fixing neighbors’ bikes and running my own lawn-mowing business. I still remember earning my first hundred dollars—it wasn’t the money that moved me, but the realization that effort and vision could create opportunity. By the time I was a teenager, I had built a small operation of over thirty customers in my neighborhood. That simple childhood business planted a powerful belief in me: we are capable of more than we imagine when we take the first step.

Sports shaped my discipline—baseball, basketball, wrestling. They taught me to get back up, to push harder, and to trust the process. And when high school ended, I didn’t wait for life to hand me a path—I created one.

Fresh out of high school I found myself servicing all walks of life at a local bank as a teller. 2 years as a teller I was promoted to a banker where I would service clients with opening checking accounts, credit cards, home equity lines of credit this is where I saw the human side of finance. I watched families chase dreams, overcome obstacles, and fight for the place they call home. I learned that real estate isn’t about buildings—it’s about people, hope, and possibility. By 21, I purchased my first home, and by 24, three investment properties. That journey uncovered the passion that would define my future.

I obtained my real estate broker’s license and spent years in property management—learning, adapting, and gaining a ground-level understanding of what people truly need when navigating housing. Hungry for

more, I went back to school and completed my Associates business management degree in 2016 at Lower Columbia College the same year I launched Morgen Homes and Associates.

From day one, my mission was simple: Create a Tailored Real Estate service for our clients toward their dreams with knowledge, creativity, and unwavering integrity.

I didn’t just want to sell homes—I wanted to make an impact. That’s why I began flipping properties in a neighborhood of Longview that needed new energy. Seeing homes—and hope—reawaken in that community became one of the most fulfilling endeavors of my life. It reminded me that sometimes all an area needs is someone who believes in its potential.

Throughout my ten years as a realtor, I’ve remained in the top 20% of my brokerage, not because of shortcuts or luck, but because I refuse to give up on the people who trust me with their journey. If I don’t have the answer, I’ll find it. If there’s an obstacle, I’ll solve it. My clients deserve someone who’s all in—Be the realtor I would personally want to hire and that’s who I’m committed to being.

What inspires me most is helping people through transitions that often feel overwhelming—aligning their goals, dreams, and timelines into a clear, confident path forward. Every client brings a new story, a new mission, a new opportunity to help someone step into the next chapter of their life. I don’t take that lightly.

It’s my purpose.

Being a realtor requires more than knowledge. It requires heart, creativity, resilience, and an unshakeable dedication to the people you serve. I stay focused on the shifting market, build strong systems within my team, and foster real relationships with my clients—because success is never accidental. It’s built with intention.

Outside of work, I find balance in mountain biking, golfing, and embracing the outdoors. But my greatest source of strength is my family. My wife of 17 years is my partner in everything—a steady hand, a trusted advisor, and the backbone of my success. Our four beautiful children—Gianna, our 21-year-old daughter, Julian, our 10-year-old son, and twin 9-year-old girls Kierstin and Kinsley—are my daily reminder of what truly matters. They are my “why.”

I am blessed far more than I ever imagined. And I welcome you into that circle.

As a real estate professional, my purpose is to inspire, empower, and guide. My journey has given me a seasoned perspective and a deep desire to help others achieve the life they envision. Real estate is not just my career—it’s my calling.

And I look forward to walking this journey with you.

Sincerely,

Jesse Morgen
